Seminar at: Challenge, context, content: schools, museums and the national curriculum 1st July 2016
This workshop is about life, the journey of the universe and everything, starting with Slough. An opportunity to explore multi-disciplinary processes for partnership working to achieve unexpectedly creative results. How do schools and their communities fit together? As an arts or heritage practitioner what kind of unique opportunity is there to inspire communities? Using our current project a springboard, we will consider the benefits for a school of a super ambitious arts-museum-science project collaboration?
Facilitated by Lorna Carmen McNeill, artist-In-residence, The Langley Academy and Beth Brock, Lead Teacher for KS3 Art, The Langley Academy
